- I hereby apply for the interest-free Easy Payment Plan (“EPP”) described herein and confirm that I have read, understood and hereby agree to First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC’s Master Credit Card Conditions (version 1.0 – 25 October 2018) (“MCCC”), which have been made available to me and which can be found at www.bankfab.com.
- The terms and conditions set out below shall be read in conjunction with the MCCC, and where these terms and conditions conflict with the MCCC, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- This offer is valid upon using a valid credit card from FAB (“Card”).
- This offer is valid on purchases that are eligible for the promotion (“Eligible Purchases”).
- Purchases made outside UAE are not eligible for 0% EPP
- The card must be in good standing as determined by FAB at its sole discretion.
- The following processing fees will be charged at the time of booking and billed to the primary credit card (“Processing Fee”): a. Three months: 1% of the eligible purchase value b. Six months: 2% of the eligible purchase value c. Nine months: 3% of the eligible purchase value d. 12 months: 4% of the eligible purchase value
- Processing Fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the eligible purchase.
- In case of cancellation, there shall be no refund of the Processing Fee.
- In case of early settlement, 1% of remaining principal balance will be charged (maximum of AED 10,000)
- A request can be converted to EPP within 45 days from the date of transaction of the eligible purchase.
- FAB reserves the right to change, modify or terminate the promotion without prior notice to customers.
