Offer Details

To avail the offer customer needs to SMS “ZERO” to “4224”. DIB representative will contact the customer and confirm the request and assist in the EASY PAYMENT PLAN (EPP) conversion within 48 hours from the SMS request. The offer cannot be availed through DIB online channels such as Internet and Mobile banking or Branches or Call Centre.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Offer is applicable on DIB credit cards only – (excluding DIB Corporate Cards, Charge Cards and Al Islami Cards)
  2. Min transaction amount to qualify for the offer is AED 500 and can be converted to an Installment plan for 6, 12 and 24 months tenor
  3. There are No charges to convert to EPP
  4. There are No Early Settlement charges
  5. Cardholder can book multiple transactions for conversion to EASY PAYMENT PLAN (EPP) during the Offer Period
  6. Gold Coins, Gold Bars and loose diamonds are not eligible under the 0% EASY PAYMENT PLAN (EPP)
  7. If the Credit Card is overdue, blocked or suspended for any reason whatsoever, then the Offer shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated, at the sole discretion of the Bank
  8. The Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by principles of Sharia
  9. DIB cards can be used for purchasing of Sharia compliant products and services only
  10. DIB Credit Cards T & C’s apply
  11. All other terms and conditions pertaining to EASY PAYMENT PLAN (EPP) will continue to be applicable
