- For City VIP lounges and Airport VIP fast lanes, customer must Mastercard World must be presented.
- For Tax Free card: Membership profile must be fully completed for Tax Free Form autofill. World/World Elite Cards must be linked to the membership profile for tax refund. Membership ID/passport must be presented when issuing Tax Free Form in the store.
